Group Assignment
in group assignment we were studying a weight loss plan for girls, we were making routines and rotation circuits that girls could to to loss weight or bulk up. the excises contained pushups, sit-ups, pushups, plank and etc!! these routines were aimed to girls only!! we made a plan weekly plan for girls to do at home. these excises were made to work out almost the whole body for example biceps, legs, stomach and many more muscles which will make you look very fit and healthy after you have done this routine for a few months!!!

we all focused on a different joints in the class then got told we had to create our own joint. I had picked a knee joint and i created it with foam for the main part of the knee, wood for the base of it and then tibula, clay for the miniscuse and rubber bad for the tendons. i carved the shapes out for all the bone joints so it looked like a actual knee, then i painted it a few times and placed the rubber bands and clay and wood into place for the final touchups. i believe i did a fairly good job on my knee joint because it looks like one it moves like one which is what the assignment was being marked on. i could improve on the size a bit more and maybe next time make it a bit bigger or even life size this would improve my assignment because i believe that would get me better marks!
